The United Kingdom’s Foreign Policy towards Kosovo – A policy perspective

The way in which nations interact with those that are in crisis can be vitally important to shaping governance and institutions in those nations. The United Kingdom (UK) and Kosovo have, for nearly two decades, had extensive interaction as a result of the Yugoslav War. “International relations are about the whole range of contacts between people in different countries” such as aid, trade, military contributions and diplomacy as well as multilateral policy – this report looks at each of these factors. This report aims to provide an analysis of the present-day UK foreign policy towards Kosovo show not only where it has evolved from, but how it should be strategized into the future.
