Rreze Hoxha Zhuja is a Senior Research Fellow at GLPS. Her research is primary focused on the Rule of Law Sector, covering mostly the Judicial System in Kosovo, Public Administration Reform Process, Human Rights, and Anti-corruption. She supports parliamentary committees in draft law making process. As a researcher, she regularly engages with various institutions including public institutions and civil society organizations. She also manages the GLPS’s monitoring program of the Judicial and Prosecutorial system in Kosovo.

She is currently a PhD Candidate at the Civil Program of the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Law. Rreze passed the Kosovo Bar Exam in June 2018 and finished her master studies at the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law focused mainly in International Business Law and ADR Mechanisms. Rreze was rewarded with the title of Master of Laws LL.M. She finished her bachelor studies in law in University of Prishtina, Kosovo. Prior to joining GLPS, Rreze worked as an associate at Koci and Vokshi Law Firm in Prishtina
