Lirika is primarily focused in international relations, foreign policy, diplomacy and conflict resolution. Lirika is a Master graduate in Conflict Resolution and Analysis at Sabanci University, Turkey. She completed her Bachelors in Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University, Turkey.
Before joining GLPS, Lirika worked as a Teaching Assistant in Sabanci University for two years. Additionally, she worked as a Research Assistant to the well-known Turkish Professor Betul Celik, focusing mostly in the topics of ex-combatants reintegration and to the peace building in post-conflict societies with a focus to Kosovo, at the Sabanci University. Her work was mostly focused in qualitative studies with extensive field works. Lirika was also part of the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network where she worked as a research assistant. Prior to that, she was engaged as a project assistant at the Turkish International Women’s Network.
