Rule of Law Findings in Kosovo based on the Rule of Law Checklist: A state of deadlock – Third Edition

This report provides a six-month assessment of the current state of the rule of law delivery in Kosovo on the basis of the Rule of Law Checklist developed and adopted by the Venice Commission. This Checklist serves as a tool for systematic and comprehensive assessment of the fundamental pillars within the rule of law field. The present assessment report provides detailed information concerning the period from May to October 2022.
