Leke Batalli

Leke is a Research fellow at GLPS. His research focuses on topics related to the rule of law in Kosovo, international law, Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and human rights issues. As a research fellow he engages with various Kosovo institutions and government ministries.

He started his professional engagement with GLPS as an assistant researcher in 2014. After obtaining his LLB in Prishtina, he was awarded the International Parliamentary scholarship to do a traineeship at the German Parliament. He received his LLM (Magna Cum Laude) at the University of Notre Dame, as a Fulbright Scholar, where he specialized in International Law and human rights. He has participated in additional trainings at the Hague Academy of International Law and Salzburg Law School.
