On December 09, Group for Legal and Political Studies and Friedrich Ebert Stiftung hosted a roundtable discussion about the constitutional amendment process, its impact, and the extent to which this process will shape the political system of the country. In particular, this roundtable discussion addressed the main issues surrounding the constitutional amendment process, such as the future role of a directly elected president, challenges that different countries faced in establishing fair and free presidential elections, and what Kosovo should learn from others’ experience.
