On September 15, Group for Legal and Political Studies hosted a panel discussion about the current challenges and prospects of the Customs Stamps Agreement between Kosovo and Serbia and the future implications that might govern its implementation, which began on September 16.  Panelists focused on the policy modalities and tools for the implementation of the Customs’ Agreement, its impact on the current trade relations between Kosovo and Serbia, and its overall impact on Kosovo’s economy.
