Alba Dushi

strategic litigation, human rights, labor, public administration and environmental law

Alba Dushi is a Research Fellow at GLPS. Her research focuses mainly in strategic litigation, human rights, labor, public administration and environmental law. Prior to joining GLPS, Alba worked as an associate at Pallaska & Associates L.L.C., a law firm in Prishtina. Alba is a Fulbright scholar and holds an LLM degree in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law.

She finished her bachelor studies in law at the University of Prishtina. During her bachelor studies, Alba did an internship at the Constitutional Court of Kosovo and also engaged in moot court competitions. In addition, during her masters studies, Alba did a program internship with a renowned lawyer and arbitrator in Miami.
